These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through cryugly.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Cry Ugly is a brand registered in the Netherlands.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order will always be honoured.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. In the event of a payment issue, your order will not be processed and you will be notified by email.

5. Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. See our Shipping page for full details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. See our Returns page for the full process.
