Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, public holidays, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain threshold — check the checkout for the current offer.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received tracking information within 4 business days of your order, contact us.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices. We are unable to predict or cover these fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking link. If it shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at hello@cryugly.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
