Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Visit our Shipping page for full details.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. After that, Netherlands orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days, Europe within 3–7, and international orders within 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven't received it within 4 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Visit our Returns page for the full process.

How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@cryugly.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't do direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the size or item you want.

I received the wrong or damaged item. What do I do?

We're sorry about that. Contact us immediately at hello@cryugly.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will sort it out at no cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards, iDEAL, and more — powered by Shopify Payments.

Are there customs fees for international orders?

Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs or import duties depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
