Made To Order

Every Cry Ugly item is made to order. Because of this, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@cryugly.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement item or a refund to your original payment method.
